Multifamily Recycling
Property managers and owners of apartments and condominiums with eight or more units are required to provide recycling services for their residents.
Multifamily Recycling Plan
Property owners/managers must complete and submit a recycling plan to the city a minimum of three months prior to their scheduled recycling start date. Property owners/managers with pre-existing recycling programs are asked to complete a Recycling Plan describing their existing recycling program and submit the plan to the city as well.
